Returns and refunds

Why we do not offer refunds on print-on-demand products

All sales are final, as every product is made to order. That means we’re not able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If something arrives damaged, defective or not quite what you expected, please get in touch with us straight away. We’ll review the issue with our production partner and make sure you’re properly looked after. Sometimes that means a replacement, sometimes another solution, and we’ll always let you know your options.

We want you to love what you receive, so if anything feels off, contact us and we’ll sort it together.
